Ian's own professional credentials are impressive. He is Head of the Building Surveying Faculty Board within the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and as a result of his expertise in dispute resolution he regularly receives Expert appointments at litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution. Ian is also working with a select Working Party to produce Guidance Notes for Surveyors practicing dilapidations in Scotland and has been called upon regularly to present seminars on the subject to fellow Surveyors and Commercial Property Lawyers.
