Acting as lead consultant & project manager, we have recently concluded the conversion of existing space within the centre to create much needed new office accommodation. This reflects the clients' expanding needs & continued growth. A feasibility study has also been carried out to design, cost & develop a new storage facility for the centre within an existing disused railway tunnel. We have also employed our sound construction knowledge & expertise to successfully identify & resolve a number of inherent defects at minimum cost.
