This Category ‘A’ Listed Georgian Building of Special Architectural and Historic Interest is used as a consultation centre for members of Faculty to meet with their clients and solicitors to assist their preparation for litigation.  A study revealed that circa 30 disabled persons visit these premises on a monthly basis, primarily in relation to personal injury claims. The provision of suitable access for disabled persons was therefore an important requirement.

Henderson Surveying Ltd designed, specified and project managed the construction including contract administration, CDM co-ordination and cost control through to agreeing the Final Account and certifying completion. The works were successfully completed in April 2013.
