Pre-purchase Survey

Designed by William Playfair and commissioned by the City of Edinburgh, this A listed church building was constructed around 1827. We were instructed to survey and advise on the condition and suitability of the property to assist a potential purchase.

This involved research and careful diligent inspection, assessment and considered advice on the scope of repairs and recommendations taking account of the client’s potential liability for occupational responsibilities including fire safety, health and safety and the useability of the premises complete with budget costs for recommended works.
