Established in October 2003, Henderson Surveying Ltd offer a comprehensive range of building surveying services from giving professional advice prior to the purchase or lease of commercial property through to offering full project management services for the alteration, refurbishment or extension of existing buildings including design drawings, obtaining statutory consents, specification, contract administration and cost control.

Our Managing Director, Ian Henderson, has particular expertise in understanding and advising on property disputes and specialises in dilapidations on commercial property. For around 20 years, Ian has presented cpd events for The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) on the subject and receives appointments as an Expert as well as Arbitrator in commercial disputes on dilapidations. Ian also has extensive experience in undertaking pre-purchase and pre-lease surveys as well as managing, specifying and administering the maintenance, repair, alteration and refurbishment of commercial, industrial and historic buildings.
