External Restoration and Refurbishment
Originally built as Stirling High School, the building is Category ‘A’ Listed as being of Special Architectural and Historic Interest and was built in several phases through the 19th Century. The modern accommodation block was built in the late 1990s.
Henderson Surveying Limited were instructed and assessed, specified and detailed the stonework, lime mortar pointing, leadwork details and re-roofing of the entire wing overlooking Spittal Street.
Services included full project management, contract administration, CDM Co-ordination and cost control. We also obtained Listed Building Consent for the replacement of the original steel framed windows.
